The Nutrition Program is designed to help you understand what your body needs during the different seasons of your body and life, as well as the seasons of each year. Our bodies are constantly changing, either for better or worse. We really are fearfully and wonderfully made and have the amazing capacity to heal! Our bodies can endure much but, when enough is enough most of the time it’s too late. We either are subjected to taking pharmaceuticals that are designed to do the job the body is supposed to be doing, weakening the body’s functionality by its lack of performance or we continue on the path of decay until our bodies give up.
With the rise in taking natural herbs, we still need to be cautious, not only because of contraindications with pharmaceuticals but with other herbs. Even vitamins prove less effective because of not being taken with the right minerals or taken with other vitamins that block the absorption of the others. Let’s face it, there is a lot that we didn’t have to think about years ago but, unfortunately, with decisions that were made for years, regarding our food and environment, we are forced to have to be informed and aware of what we are taking in.
The programs are designed to help you not only be informed but, trained to see and decide what’s best for you. Given the tools to help you understand who you are, what you need, and when and how to get what you need.

The Fitness Program is designed to help you not only lose, weight or get fit but, transform your body. With experience in Yoga, Physical Therapy, Weight/Strength Training, Pilates, and creativity, each program is personally designed to help you in areas you need strengthening so, that you can be more balanced and stronger.
Kathie will work out with you to see what you may be doing or not doing that isn’t conducive to your goals.

You will receive an outlined, written program that is specially designed for you to help you meet your goals.
